Import by Account and Order
In this modality, the importer is a service provider, while the purchaser is the actual importer, requiring the use of own resources and RADAR (qualification for import requested from the Federal Revenue Service) to carry out the operation. By means of a contract previously signed and registered by the Federal Revenue of Brazil, Pronove can also proceed with customs clearance, request price quotes, hire transportation, insurance and other services related to the transaction. All of this makes it possible to reduce costs, facilitate logistics and increase profitability.
Import by Order
In this modality, the importation of goods is done outsourced. The customer (orderer) interested in the product hires the importer to carry out the process using its own resources. Pronove then arranges for the merchandise to be nationalized and resells it to the company that ordered it. In terms of tax effects, the process has the same effect as an own import for the ordering party.
